Your plan includes a fixed number of monthly active users. Each unique user that has browsed your Space at least once counts as a MAU.

Premium Accounts are limited to one Premium Space per subscription, you can create additional Spaces however they will be limited to the Free Tier.

Additionally, all accounts can be members of multiple Spaces created by other users as long as they are invited to it.

If you exceed your MAU, you will be charged GBP 10 for each user that exceeds your allotted MAU.

For example, if you have purchased an MAU of 100 and hosted an event with 200 users, you will incur an overage fee of GBP 1,000.00.

Yes! While SPACEIN does not host external calls, all accounts can create External Rooms which means you create a room that links to a conference call of another platform such as Zoom, Teams or Meet.

The room will appear in your Space and it will show how many members from your Space are in the room (not including people who joined externally), however the difference is upon entering the room you will be redirected to a new tab or window for the call.

Think of it as a button linked to an external page on your website.

Yes! You can invite guests to your Space or to your Rooms.

Inviting Guests to your Rooms: Create a room, copy the URL and share it with your guest or add it to your calendar invite. It's that easy.

Inviting Guests to your Space: Admins can make a Space Private (only invited members can acces) or Open (anyone with the URL to the Space can access) in the Settings tab.

The difference between inviting Guests to your Rooms vs. your Space is guests who enter your Space can experience the core features of SPACEIN, including creating limited room types, accessing the Space Overview, Chat and Content Library.

Whereas Guests invited to your Rooms are only limited to the Room itself, once the call ends they leave SPACEIN just like any other video conferencing platform.
